Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is the best insurance for your beloved pets! My Vet even gave me free coverage with another provider but I chose Healthy Paws Pet Insurance because they have the very best coverage at the best price! - There are no caps on coverage which is very important if your pet requires surgery or even cancer treatment. - You choose your deductible and coverage! - They also cover Apoquel, which my Vet Dermatologist said other companies do not cover! - My 9 1/2 year German Shepherd Dog has been covered by Healthy Paws Pet Insurance since he was 8 weeks old and has allowed me to give him the very best care available! I recommend Healthy Paws Pet Insurance to everyone!! They are truly the very best!!

Highly recommend signing up IMMEDIATELY!

We signed up for Healthy Paws the day we adopted our 2-year-old rescue Aussie Shepard mix and we are SO GRATEFUL we did! Turns out our pup has epilepsy so we have been to see three general vets, an emergency vet, and a neurologist, which as you can imagine adds up. Not to mention daily medicines, prescription diet, and lifestyle changes needed to manage our dog's seizures. Healthy Paws has been incredibly responsive to all questions about claims and we receive the reimbursement within a couple of days. It's been tough navigating our dog's medicine, doctor appointments, tests, and emergency needs. We are thankful that Healthy Paws is easy to navigate with a great policy and customer service team. It makes a world of difference to us and our pup! Highly recommend signing up IMMEDIATELY! Healthy Paws is the best pet insurance company out there!

Monthly Cost

$15 – $80, depending on breed, zip code, age of pet and choice of deductible and co-pay.

Coverage

One plan covers accidents, illnesses, cancer, emergency care, genetic conditions, alternative care and more. You can choose a co-pay of 10%, 20%, 30% or 40%. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

No per incident, annual or lifetime pay-out limit.

Deductible

You can choose an annual deductible of $250, $500 or $750* *Choice depends on age of the pet

Age Limits

Pets must be at least 8 weeks old and under 14 years old at time of enrollment. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

Coverage begins 15 days after your policy starts. There is a 12-month waiting period for hip dysplasia claims.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered, however hip dysplasia is only covered in pets who enroll before they are 6 years old.
