Absolutely Wonderful!

I cannot say enough good things about Healthy Paws! I've had a bad experience with other insurance companies not reimbursing any of our claims, but so far we've been reimbursed for all non pre-existing conditions, and it's been super helpful. Our dog was diagnosed with a mast cell tumor and needed a couple surgeries to remove enough margins, because the location of the tumor was difficult to properly extract. After two surgeries, we were so pleased with the ability to be reimbursed 80% of the money we had to spend on our precious pup. The customer service is also spectacular. I highly recommend Healthy Paws!

I am Dixie a Golden Retriever Puppy thank you.

I chew everything I can get my paws on. The first time I ate 28 copper pennies & had to have surgery. The second time I ate rocks & had to have another surgery. After thousands of dollars my play area has no rocks and has a "special artificial grass" so that I can romp & play safely. It is a lot of work being a 75 pound puppy. Caring Customer Service

My dog recently underwent surgery on her leg. The staff at Healthy Paws were very helpful in answering my questions about the my policy and were very prompt in completing the claim. More so than this, they are extremely nice and genuinely care about your pet and its wellbeing. They are extremely nice to deal with over the phone (or via email) and even sent a follow-up email checking up on my dog's status after her surgery. Both of my dogs are now covered with Healthy Paws and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and family like pet insurance company.

Health paws has saved my babies more then once !

I have had this insurance for 3 yrs on 2 french Bulldogs! I have recommend them to as many people I know with furbabies! To this date 4 family member use them and love them! They help me thru a disc surgery and a cancer surgery and thru out each process they have helped me and followed up after each process. They always send me little emails checking on my babies and with the easy app filing a claim is a 123 step. Highly recommend this pet insurance!!!!!

Best Pet Insurance Company Ever!!

My labradoodle has been sick multiple times over the last few months and I don't know what I would have done if I didn't have pet insurance!! My dog Noir has been visiting a doggie daycare and for some reason every time she came home, she ended up sick within 3-4 days. Noir is no longer attending that doggie daycare! Healthy Paws has covered all of Noir's vet visits without hesitation and very quickly as well. You will not be disappointed by purchasing Healthy Paws for your pet! They really do care about your pet!

Monthly Cost

$15 – $80, depending on breed, zip code, age of pet and choice of deductible and co-pay.

Coverage

One plan covers accidents, illnesses, cancer, emergency care, genetic conditions, alternative care and more. You can choose a co-pay of 10%, 20%, 30% or 40%. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

No per incident, annual or lifetime pay-out limit.

Deductible

You can choose an annual deductible of $250, $500 or $750* *Choice depends on age of the pet

Age Limits

Pets must be at least 8 weeks old and under 14 years old at time of enrollment. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

Coverage begins 15 days after your policy starts. There is a 12-month waiting period for hip dysplasia claims.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered, however hip dysplasia is only covered in pets who enroll before they are 6 years old.
