Phenomenal Benefits, Outstanding Service

I am very thankful to have this insurance and I have recommended it to others. I selected this insurance in 2010, as the company I work for brokers this insurance plan. I never used it until recently when my dog was diagnosed with Intervertebral Disk Disease. Upon exploring the benefits of this amazing policy I discovered that alternative therapies are covered such as Acupuncture,Hydrotherapy, and Chiropractic services. Shortie has been seeing a wonderful Vet, Rebecca Fraser, who has an acupuncture practice as well. (www.fraservetacupuncture.com) The treatments have made all the difference in the world and the prompt turn around time for reimbursement by Healthy Paws for each claim submitted has been remarkable, it has not impacted my budget at all. I am very pleased and satisfied with my Pet Insurance choice and the fact that my dog is feeling like a dog again. Thank you Healthy Paws!

Look No Further for Pet Insurance!

I could not be happier with Healthy Paws. I work at an Animal Hospital and deal with all insurance companies on a daily basis. By far, Healthy Paws is the best. They are friendly, efficient, and hassle-free. One of my pets has been ill for the past few weeks and my wallet was getting thinner by the minute. Thanks to Healthy Paws, they processed my claims within a 24 hour period and I received my reimbursement in no time! Based on my experience with almost all pet insurance companies, I strongly recommend Healthy Paws above them all!

Bad customer service

There is an extra fee your first month as a "start up cost." This frustrated me as the first month of my pet insurance was $70 for a healthy healthy German Sheppard. When I had a claim to process I forwarded over the vet records the same day they asked and they did not respond until 2 weeks later after I had emailed them to cancel my insurance.

Best Decision we have ever made!

This was the best decision that we have ever made! We purchased this insurance when our dog was 3 months old. Who would have thought at 17 months old that she would need surgery to repair a torn ACL on her left knee. She fell on some stairs. When the vet indicated that the cost of the surgery would between $3000 and $4000 dollars. It was reassuring to know that we could get her the surgery and that she wouldn't have to suffer a life time of pain because we couldn't afford it. We were only responsible for $100 deductible and 10% of the actual cost of the surgery. Following her surgery I submitted the claim forms and had the reimbursement check in less than a week. I had a lot of questions and they were so wonderful and caring. We did a lot of research in the different insurance companies before choosing Health Paws, and I am so glad we made the right decision. I have even recommended Health Paws to the animal hospital for other interested pet parents!

Fantastic!

I've used Healthy Paws with more than one pet and have recommended them to everyone who will listen. Service is prompt and courteous, claims could not be easier to file and reimbursement is very fast - usually within 3 days of filing the claim. Communication from the company is ongoing and they truly care about my pets. They are so easy to work with and my vet loves them, too. I could not be more pleased!
