Great Insurance -- It just doesn't get any better!

We have our 3 dogs insured with Healthy Paws. Their service is absolutely FANTASTIC!! We have seen claims processed in 1 DAY!! They always follow up with an email a few days after the claim asking how our pets are doing. Anyone who has insurance with another company needs to check Healthy Paws out. You will save so much more on vet costs. They calculate the claim using the actual vet charge. Other insurance companies calculate the claim on what they think you should have been charged for the procedure. We are 101% SATISFIED!!!

This is a no brainer - get this insurance!

First of all, I never write reviews, but this company is so good, I had to. This is the best company around. Submitting a claim is incredibly easy - just upload the vet paperwork right on the website and about a week later you get a check in the mail. I've submitted 4 claims since I got the insurance, and every time the reimbursement has come through quick and easy, absolutely no problems. Get this insurance.

Very helpful and quick reimbursement

I have a goldendoodle puppy, he is just about 10 months old and we have had insurance with healthy paws since he was 5 months old. After doing a lot of research into insurance policies, I decided to go with Healthy Paws because of their annual deductible and reasonable monthly premiums. Recently Peyton developed a growth on his jaw/neck that did not go away when treated with antibiotics. It was a big relief knowing that we would be reimbursed for all the tests and the eventual surgery. The reimbursement process was simple, I uploaded the invoices from the vet through their app and got a check in the mail a few days later. My only comment is that they do not reimburse for any of the vet appointments, even if it is a surgical consult and those can get expensive as well.

Best Decision I Could Have Made for Murphy hy

Murphy my three year old Lab seems to have his share of mishaps. He recently developed a fever, became lethargic, refused food, and developed diarrhea. He was drooling profusely with constant panting. We took Murphy to the ER for an examination. The Veterinarian determined, after x-rays, blood tests and routine examination, that Murphy had eaten something that had poisoned him. Murphy was sent home with fluid under his skin to bring down his fever, antibiotics and anti-diarrhea medicine. Murphy is now feeling much better he is back to his old self. The cost was considerable, but with the excellent coverage from Healthy Paws and their prompt payment, Murphy's mom only had to worry about getting him well again. I applaud the professionalism and sincere concern Healthy Paws demonstrates each time Murphy scares his mom.

Making it more possible

We decided to adopt TWO older Golden Retrievers that had been together their whole lives and were 8 & 10 yrs old and given up to the Humane Society. When we looked into insurance for older dogs we found that Healthy Paws not only would cover them but had the best plan. Even though there were some pre-existing conditions that understandable couldn't be covered, and our 8 yr. male died of cancer after only 4 mos., we have been very well covered for the subsequent issues that have developed with the older female. It has made caring for aging and older adopted pet so much more possible. We have NO concern or hesitation in taking her into her doctor. It has helped her to have a healthy, happy second life.
