Best pet insurance company by far

I have submitted several claims to healthy paws and am always amazed at how promptly they review my claim and reimburse me. I have called a few times with questions and they couldn't be more helpful, nice and genuinely care about what is happening. It comforts me to know that if something should happen to one of my pets I don't have to worry about cost.

Your Pet deservers the Best,Heathy Paws!

I compared different insurance coverages and determined that Healthy Paws offered exactly what I needed. Bailey,my dog, came down with acute gastritis after eating chicken treats that the FDA warned the public about. I filed a claim with Healthy Paws and was impressed how easy and efficient the transactions were handled. Everything was done as promised. I was received my check in no time. I have already recommended Healthy Paws to my relatives and friends. Now, I'll gladly recommend Healthy Paws to everyone who is looking for the best care for their pet.

An Excellent Co. to have Pet Insurance Coverage

In February of 2013 I decided to research pet insurance for my Cockapoo Ginger. She had always been a healthy pup but after friends of mine had to have their pets put down because they did not have financial support to give them necessary medical treatment I decided it was a necessity. After hrs of researching I chose Healthy Paws. That was the best decision I could have made. Just recently she has been bitten by a brown spider which took minor surgery to clean the wound and in less than a month has had aspiration pneumonia caused from vomiting and aspirating into the lungs. I filed claims immediately and on both claims, they were reviewed, the EOB was sent and the check paid to me in less than a weeks time. Not only did they respond to the claims immediately, they have shown love and caring for my pet. From the person that answers the phone to the Claims Manager I have had nothing but praise' I would highly recommend Healthy Paws Pet Insurance to anyone who loves their pets and want to be able to give them good medical care. The price per month is very reasonable amount, Please consider giving your pet the medical treatments they deserve as our best friends.

Excellent insurance and customer service!!!

I've purchased pet insurance for the past 12 years. My biggest issue with the company I previously used, VPI Pet Insurance was how difficult their policy was to understand. I purchased the most expensive policy because I wanted only the best for my Bichon Frise, Blue (April 14, 2001-June 6, 2009) How foolish I was. Blue was diagnosed with Kidney Disease in March of 2009. I sadly researched the disease more than I did pet insurance. After extensive treatment to help prolong his life, Blue was sent over the rainbow bridge on a Saturday afternoon surrounded by not only myself, my husband and our two daughters but 6 loving family members who loved Blue like he was their own. When all was said and done. All I was left with was a huge hole in my heart and $6000 in debt from vet bills that were accumulated trying to save my boy's life. Why all this debt? Well, VPI at the time felt that Kidney Disease was a genetic and or hereditary disease and they did not cover anything they considered genetic or hereditary. Shame on them but honestly, I was the biggest fool to not research pet insurance for my furbaby rather than use the most popular company at the time and trust that they'd be by my side at time of crisis. I've heard they've since changed their policy but honestly, I don't care. They lost my trust and till the day I die, I will share my story with every friend and or acquaintance I meet. I'm a dog groomer so there will be many. If I can save one person from going through what I d
