Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

I have put Healthy Paws to the test. I found them to be not only compassionate, but every person I have talked to has made me feel like I have known them for years! I have put in a few claims and I am reimbursed so quickly, which I was very grateful. In my research for a Pet Insurance I have read testimony over and over again on various insurance sites how people are given a hard time with claims and how unhappy they are with those companies. That is not the case with Healthy Paws. I recommend Healthy Paws to everyone I encounter that has a pet. We unfortunately had a 4 yr old Tibetan, who was the runt. He developed Kidney failure and after a lot of treatments he just couldn't recover. We didn't have insurance, and never had insurance on our pets. This was a terrible lose for us and the expenses was overwhelming. So when we adopted our dog we decided to get insurance on her and our older lab. I researched many pet insurance companies and found Healthy Paws. We are very thankful to have found them.

We have been with Healthy Paws since day 1 of rescuing our Pit. The ease of submitting claims with their app has helped so much in the admin nightmare that is life. I don't have one bad thing to say about them and would recommend their insurance any day of the week.

I love this company. My dog had TTA knee surgery that cost me 3500.00. All bills are sent on-line and they respond within 3 days. When I called regarding my large bill, they immediately responded and I had a check within 2 days. They will also pay for all of her recovery like massages, acupuncture, water therapy, etc. without any maximum! When I had a dispute in their payment, they have worked with me to allow charges. Friendly people and quick reimbursement.

They have helped us take care of our dog from the beginning, have made us feel at ease when we take him to the vet knowing we can do what needs to be done to keep him healthy. They respond quickly and process claims quickly.
