I am very pleased with the prompt service for reimbursement for my cat's vet visits and subsequent surgery and meds. I was pleasantly surprised with the rapidity with which they processed the claim and sent me the checks. 90% reimbursement and $100.00 deductible is quite reasonable. They also emailed claim updates during processing and were accessible by phone. The phone reps are very efficient and sensitive and are clearly pet lovers. I recommend this company for any pet insurance needs.

I got this insurance AFTER my 60lb Lab-mix broke his front leg (compound fracture, needed a titanium plate and cost me over $10K!!) I only wish I'd had this insurance before. The coverage is AMAZING. My dog just tore his CCL and needed TPLO surgery (another chunk of change at over $5K...just 7 months after the broken leg.) Healthy Paws covered the TPLO surgery with no issues since it wasn't pre-existing. I LOVE THIS PET INSURANCE. My only regret is not getting it sooner. I recommend it to everyone I know - even people who don't ask. The claims process is really easy - you can upload pics from your phone into the app. It takes 2 seconds.

I've had Healthy Paws for a number of years and they have seen me through two surgeries for my corgi mix. They are reliable and fair, easy to reach, and quick to respond. Their website is easy to access. And, they're nice!
