My Golden Retriever was diagnosed with bilateral elbow dysplasia before she was one year old, and a short time later with bilateral ruptured CrCLs, requiring two surgeries. Healthy Paws has been wonderful. They make it incredibly easy to file a claim online and upload any relevant paperwork. You receive almost immediate acknowledgment that a claim is in process, and in just a day or two, I was notified that my claims had been accepted and I had my reimbursement within a week. Amazing. I can’t say enough about how easy they made a really stressful situation, and their customer service has been terrific. I can’t recommend Healthy Paws enough.

Dealing with the emotional turmoil of having your pet extremely sick is bad enough. I'm so thankful that healthy paws made the financial part easier. They had a simple process and reimbursed me for everything they said they would. I recommend them to all pet owners.

My Minnie's first claim had to do with her getting diagnosed with Meningitis at 5 months old. She has been diagnosed with other diseases since then. Having healthy paws have help with relieving some of the stress.

Files were easy to claim (you can use your phone!) and I got back the money in a reasonable manner. For me, it was about 2 weeks for a direct deposit. Definitely recommend!!!
