Our older lab began severely limping a few weeks ago, and it turned out she tore her ACL. We knew going in to the surgery that it would be expensive, and I can't tell you how many times we've told people how fortunate we are to have Healthy Paws insurance. Every time, claims are processed extremely quickly, and there are never any surprises or gotchas. Their straight-forward approach to insurance has given us tremendous peace of mind.

Our Dixie is the sweetest girl in the world. Unfortunately she has a very sensitive digestive tract which requires special foods and medication. She just recently had surgery for a cruciate ligament. Healthy Paws has handled all claims in a very timely manner and seem genuinely concerned for our pets healthy and well being. I highly recommend pet health insurance and in particular Healthy Paws.

I thought I had great health insurance but I would have to say that our puppy Murphy Brown has better health insurance than I do!Murphy was vomiting and also had diarrhea. She had become dehydrated and needed to be hospitalized. The claim was paid within three days of sending the information.When your pet is sick the last thing you need to worry about is the cost.The process was easy and fast.It can be commuted by downloading the information on your phone. Our Shih tzu mix "Lola" blew her knee out chasing balls at the park. It ultimately required TPLO surgery and Healthy Paws came through like a champ... picking up all the cost except our deductible. Super easy to put in the claim using the phone app and very fast and friendly service. They even emailed after the surgery to ask how Lola was coming along. Highly recommend.
