Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

I write this review while in the midst of one of the most challenging periods in my life. My dog is seriously ill, and I am awaiting the results of a test run by a specialist. I have been doing little else besides waiting for the phone to ring and taking care of my other animals. Nonetheless I am making time to acknowledge the simply outstanding care and service I have received as a Healthy Paws client. Without both the robust coverage afforded me by their policies, and their above and beyond customer service, I can honestly say my dog might not be alive right now. I have been a client with Healthy Paws for five years now and have received many time more in medical coverage for my dogs than my deductibles. It is absolutely a no brainer for me. My Healthy Paws coverage is as critical to my dog ownership as food or shelter. I enthusiastically recommend Healthy Paws to everyone remotely interested in providing for their dog's health care.

Healthy paws has time and time again proven to be the best choice I have made in my dogs healthcare. My dog was hit by a car a week before my wedding. With the bills already mounting I started to panic. I spoke with Sabrina at healthy paws and she had my claim submitted before I had even picked up my dog from the vet. They covered 90% of my bills and relieved all my stress. From top the bottom the organization cares about its customers and pets. They even sent a hand written get will card :) I highly advice all new pet owners to get pet insurance!

Healthy Paws has been with us since our first day with our beloved Golden. We could count on it in the early days when health issues were at a minimum. And are thankful to have it now as we move in to the senior years. A recent surgery was last minute, and Healthy Paws had our back. That, and they genuinely care about their clients by reaching out to check in. It's not a bot - there is a real person on the other end. Claims are processed super fast with the great phone app. Can't say enough good things. We recommend Healthy Paws all the time.

I'm so glad we have Healthy Paws for our dogs. We recently had a dog that had to stay the weekend at an emergency vet and the bill was close to $2000. We only had to pay $200 and there were no questions asked about our bill. We simply submitted the bill and 15 days later received our reimbursement check. Submitting claims is also a breeze. I highly recommend them.

Healthy Paws is absolutely awesome. I have a Standard Poodle that had ingested a metal nut. Healthy paws had my claim processed within a couple days with no issues what so ever. My sweet labradoodle recently had a medical issue. Once again my claim was processed with no issues. Customer service is excellent and I feel they truly care about my pet. They have excellent coverage which many companies do not have. I can’t say enough about this company. Without them I would not have been able to give my sweet babies the treatment they needed
