When one of our cats suddenly got seriously ill and had to be hospitalized we realized how lucky we were to have had our cats insured with Healthy Paws. Their claims process is very clear and simple, their response, processing and reimbursement fast and explained in a detailed report, and their customer service is excellent. They followed up and showed real concern for our cat's health and recovery. We're just relieved to know that when we and our cats really need them they are there for us!

There’s a reason Healthy Paws is rated highly in terms of customer service. My dog has been insured with Healthy Paws since 2014. First off, the premium did not increase for almost 5 years. This year was the first hike in the premium and it was only a few bucks more (trust me – the price is still very worth it for their customer service). My dog was diagnosed with a bladder infection and stones on December 1st with a scheduled surgery on December 4th. The claim was filed on December 5th and I received a reimbursement check in less than a week. The total for the surgery was $3,000 and the only documents they asked for was the health history of my dog. They even sent a follow up email to check up on her! Little things like that really make me appreciate Healthy Paws. Purrrfect customer service and quick to reimburse claims.

I have a six year old german shepherd. Unfortunately he already has had more than his share of problems from herniated discs to cancer. Healthy paws has not given me any hassle or trouble even though his expenses to date are approaching $40000. This was by far the best financial decision I have ever made.
