Panini has been a Healthy Paws client for over nine years. Their claims process is so easy and they keep you updated throughout. Once processed they reimburse promptly! They are easy to reach when needed and they have been courteous and helpful. Having Healthy Paws insurance is a no brainer and I recommend them to all my friends.

We have been using healthypaws for nearly 3 years for our boy, Denver. All the time, we feel lucky with our choice. It is just so easy to file a claim and the claim gets processed efficiently and professionally. We have been recommending healthypaws to our friends and neighbors who have a fur baby. Recently, we are more than impressed!! Denver was bitten by a rattle snake and remained in 24 hour intensive care for 4 days. The medical bills ran up to nearly $13,000. I can't say enough good things about Healthy Paws Pet Insurance! They are hands down a no-nonsense reliable and professional insurance company. We have had our Duke insured with HP since he was about 10 weeks old and I admit that at times I wondered if it was worth the monthly expense because he has always been fairly healthy except for minor miscellaneous things such as ear infections, etc., but we recently got confirmation that it is no doubt well worth it! It has always been so quick and easy to deal with HP thanks to their user friendly web site and phone app where we file our claims instantly or change coverage options, and the best part is being reimbursed within 7-10 days, sometimes less!! We have never ever been questioned about our claims or asked to provide additional information from what is shown on the vet's invoice. Duke is now 7 years old and suddenly started showing signs of severe pain and muscle spasms, he could barely walk from the pain and after a few visits to the vet, to the ER and to a neurology specialist, he was diagnosed with intervertebral disc disease (IVDD) and currently has four slipped discs in his spine. It was not cheap to figure this out and to treat him! In less than one week we have paid over $4,700 in medical bills! Thankfully, it was possible because we have the peace of mind that 90% of all treatments and exams (based on our choice of coverage) are reimbursed to us so quickly. I honestly love HP and I have told all of my pet parents friends about them and will continue to tell everyone I come across because no one should have a pet without reliable insurance coverage.

I decided on Healthy Paws from the very high ratings on this site and signed up with them the day I got my 3 month old mixed breed puppy. She's had a few crazy things happen like eating a sock and a few minor issues that I as an overly worried dog owner usually end up with the vet for. Healthy Paws has paid their portion of each claim with no issues whatsoever.

I cannot say enough great things about Healthy Paws Pet Insurance and their amazing customer service! My little Peanut was diagnosed with severe Pancreatitis and needed to spend a week in the hospital! Healthy paws was right there to get our reimbursement processed (what we paid up front) as well as set up direct pay with the Vet Hospital so we didn't have to worry about coming up with thousands of dollars on the spot! My vet even said she was so amazed with this company that she was going to start referring her clients to Healthy Paws! They have come through for us on several occasions and two of them the bills totaled over $3.000!! I would HIGHLY recommend them and do, to anyone who is even considering purchasing Pet insurance! It's one of the best decisions I've ever made!
