Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

Healthy Paws is easily one of the best decisions we have ever made regarding our pup. Not only have they saved us literally thousands of dollars in hospital and vet bills for our dog, they also have incredible customer service and a super user friendly app where you can easily submit insurance claims. I want to highly recommend Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for the exceptional service they have provided me. Earlier this week, I submitted two claims in relation to a rather expensive leg surgery my Golden Retriever recently underwent. Unfortunately, he had complications and ended up in the emergency room a couple days later. In just a matter of a few hours following my claim submission, Healthy Paws had reviewed and approved both claims. I have carried Healthy Paws Pet Insurance on both of my Golden Retrievers since they day I brought them home and they have always responded to the claims I submit in short order. Our dog needed eye surgery for melanocytoma/melanoma. The whole procedure including pre-checks came close to 4,000 dollars... Healthypaws approved with no questions asked within a few days - remarkable! We are so grateful for the speedy review and the reimbursement of the costs as per contract. Super friendly service on the phone, and they even checked by email afterwards how things were going. It's a huge relief for pet ‘parents’ to have such a great insurance and not having to think about something horrible. Highly recommended!

Healthy Paws is hands down the best pet insurance company you could ask for. We adopted two puppies and Healthy Paws have literally saved us thousands of dollars since both of our dogs have developed allergies that require regular medication.
