We are soo thankful for Healthy Paws Pet Insurance! I shopped around for a while looking for the best (and most customer friendly) pet insurance to cover our two pugs. After lots of research, we decided to go with Healthy Paws and I'm beyond grateful for them! We had one of our furbabies develop a need for a veterinary neurologist and Healthy Paws covered the diagnostics and surgery when we needed it and it was very easy to submit the invoices/claims. My dog Kona had a life-threatening medical condition that was quite difficult to diagnose, and involved multiple tests and procedures. Healthy Paws was wonderful throughout the entire process. The surgical care receptionist told me we picked a good provider for insurance, and I heartily agree!

I want to highly recommend Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for the exceptional service they have provided me. Earlier this week, I submitted two claims in relation to a rather expensive leg surgery my Golden Retriever recently underwent. Unfortunately, he had complications and ended up in the emergency room a couple days later. In just a matter of a few hours following my claim submission, Healthy Paws had reviewed and approved both claims. I have carried Healthy Paws Pet Insurance on both of my Golden Retrievers since they day I brought them home and they have always responded to the claims I submit in short order.
