Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

Our 4 month Goldendoodle, Maddie broke her leg 4 weeks ago. It happened in the evening which meant it was a visit to the emergency vet, where X-rays were taken and a splint applied. The next day we went to our vet and it was decided she needed surgery. All my claims were processed and paid within 10 days, if not sooner. They allowed all the charges except for office visits (which we knew ahead of time). I was already impressed and then I received a personal email a couple weeks after surgery asking how Maddie was doing after her surgery. They have met and exceeded my expectations. I feel safe having all 3 of my dogs insured by them.

My dog has had epilepsy for a couple of months now and Healthy Paws has aided us in all the expenses to make it easier on our wallets. We are so appreciative of the check in emails they’ve sent asking about our dog and are truly empathetic of our situation.

Very quick to respond and cover most everything at a reasonable rate. Having a very curious and active pit makes for trips to the vet more often than we would like and Healthy Paws has literally saved us thousands of dollars on vet bills. Super easy to work with and really nice and pleasant staff, always quick to answer any questions.

I love healthy paws - submitting claims is impossibly easy, they're on it, and they have really come through for me. My senior doxie has had health many health issues this year and Healthy Paws insurance saved me. I elected for the 80% coverage for both my doxies and it has more than paid for itself... they give a discount if more than 1 pet is covered. So very satisfied!
