Claims process was so seamless and quick
Our 4 month Goldendoodle, Maddie broke her leg 4 weeks ago. It happened in the evening which meant it was a visit to the emergency vet, where X-rays were taken and a splint applied. The next day we went to our vet and it was decided she needed surgery. All my claims were processed and paid within 10 days, if not sooner. They allowed all the charges except for office visits (which we knew ahead of time).
I was already impressed and then I received a personal email a couple weeks after surgery asking how Maddie was doing after her surgery.
They have met and exceeded my expectations. I feel safe having all 3 of my dogs insured by them.
