Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

We love Healthy Paws- they are a great company! Filing a claim is easy, and reimbursement is quick! We never want to have to make a decision about whether or not we should get care for our beloved Lucy, and love knowing Healthy Paws is there so we don’t have to! Thank you Healthy Paws- you are the best!!

We are so grateful to have have found and purchased insurance through Healthy Paws. Over the past 8 years it has come through every time, covering emergencies and/or illnesses that we didn't expect. Every time we sought treatment for our dog we never worried about the cost in obtaining the best treatment for him. As recently as this past New Year's, our dog ate bacon soaked paper towels out of the trash while we were out of town and became ill. We did not hesitate to find care for him at an emergency hospital knowing that we would be covered. And then when we came back home and had to see the vet multiple times in a week because he was still not well, we again did not have to worry about the expenses. It allowed us to focus on getting Max well without having to think about whether we could afford the expenses of caring for him. After spending thousand of dollars within weeks on his medical care, we received a huge portion of our expenses back under our policy. We are, and have always been, appreciative of Healthy Paws coverage and its prompt claims processing.

Our day started normal, outside for potty two cookies each but within 20-30 minutes I noticed my 2.5year old GSP was not acting right, panting, breathing weird .... within 2 hours we were at the emergency vet..... and he was diagnosed with pneumothorax....... your handed an estimate for $ 9100.00 ...... it's easy to say do what you have to do to save my boy with out the worry of where the money gonna come from..........I submitted my bill to Healthy Paws and no questions asked they paid the claim....... he was readmitted twice more as he ended up with pneumonia also and those claims were also paid with ease........... It is worth every penny knowing Healthy Paws is there when it is needed ............

I’ve had this pet insurance on my Boston since the day I brought her home and it’s the best decision I could have made. She’s had a leg surgery, cataract surgery, and loads of allergy issues. They’ve covered all of it, saving me over $15,000 dollars so far. Claims are easy and the staff is all so nice. I wouldn’t be able to take such good care of my pup without them!
