Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

My 95lb golden has 2 ACL tears in back legs needed TPLO surgery....1 done so far... Healthy Paws was fantastic....have had them for 4 yrs..never a claim..it went like clock work.,.sent medical records and the invoice and they have covered everything they should ..I had a $250 deductible probably his size..some have smaller deductibles....without this insurance it would have cost more than $8,000.00 for both knees. I would recommend this to anyone..especially those with large dogs...it was our breeder who said to do this and a friend recommended Healthy Paws...you have nothing to lose by checking them out.. and everything to agian..while at the emergency hospital with my dog I saw several people Christmas eve that had their pet put down ..because they could not afford it.

We've had Healthy Paws Pet Insurance since we had our dog. Since then, we've had to submit claims for various doctor visits. Every time it has been extremely easy to file the claim and have it processed. The breakdown of what is and isn't covered is stated in their policy and when we have our claims processed, the break down of the covered costs have always been clear. We've never had an issue with a claim we submitted. Recently our dog had to stay in the hospital. We filed a claim for a fairly large bill. We followed the normal process and it was treated like our other bills and still processed quickly. They even reached out to check in on our dog to see how he was doing. This is a great pet insurance company and we would recommend it to anyone.

Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is great. Reimbursement is given quickly. All you need to do is scan the bill and send it to them. When I have questions, they are knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. Great insurance company for my dog.

We signed up for my dog, Leo after we adopted him. He was recently hospitalized and had extensive surgery on his leg after he was hit by two cars. Submitting claims was very easy and reimbursement was fast! I highly recommend Healthy Paws and glad to say our Leo is doing great!
