Great insurance, easy to use, and quick to pay.
This insurance company has paid thousands of dollars in claims in the year or so I have had it. Very easy to use. Highly recommend this to anyone getting a new puppy, more than worth it.

Great company, reasonable rates, would recommend to anyone.
Great experience with them so far. Didn't have any pushback on a large claim just a few months after starting our policy. Approval and reimbursement were very quick. They also added a great human factor with follow up emails asking how our dog was recovering from surgery.

Healthy Paws was there for us when we needed them most
Our beloved Sky was diagnosed with Lymphoma cancer at only 6 years old. I had never been a fan of treating dogs with chemo but our vet explained that Lymphoma treatment is well tolerated with minimal side effects. The only problem, he said, is that the regimen is very expensive. Luckily, we bought a Healthy Paws insurance policy for Sky when she was just a puppy. This made it possible to give her the treatment that she needed. Dealing with Healthy Paws is straightforward. They did just what the policy said that they would do. Filing claims is so easy that I can complete one in about 5 minutes from start to finish. Claim payments usually arrive within 2 weeks. I am happy to say that Sky is in remission and just as happy and goofy as always. I urge you to get your pets covered early while they are still young. Without Healthy Paws we would be without her now.
Monthly Cost
$15 – $80, depending on breed, zip code, age of pet and choice of deductible and co-pay.
Coverage
One plan covers accidents, illnesses, cancer, emergency care, genetic conditions, alternative care and more.
You can choose a co-pay of 10%, 20%, 30% or 40%.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
No per incident, annual or lifetime pay-out limit.
Deductible
You can choose an annual deductible of $250, $500 or $750*
*Choice depends on age of the pet
Age Limits
Pets must be at least 8 weeks old and under 14 years old at time of enrollment.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
Coverage begins 15 days after your policy starts. There is a 12-month waiting period for hip dysplasia claims.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered, however hip dysplasia is only covered in pets who enroll before they are 6 years old.
