poor customer service.
Their customer service is really hit or miss and when it misses it’s just about as bad as it gets. I was a customer for 4 years have recently been corresponding with a customer service rep for the past month. He is slow to respond, doesn’t answer any of my questions, doesn’t follow up, about half of his responses are clearly standard copy, shows no empathy and is just generally not willing to help. I also called their help line and the people were friendly and helpful, but gave incorrect information and they too didn’t follow up with a response when they had said they would. There were many, many ways to come to the eventual resolution and I really wish the customer service rep had taken one that was customer service oriented. I wouldn’t recommend their service based on this experience. My account number was 310230-1.
