I'd be lying if I said that I expected to ever be going out of my way to give praise to an insurance company, yet here we are. My dog had a seizure for the first time the other week which was a pretty stressful experience, but fortunately a number of very expensive tests have revealed no worrying symptoms and she quickly returned to her normal, happy self. I wasn't exactly looking forward to submitting a claim for the first time based on my prior experiences with human insurance, but HealthPaws completely subverted my expectations. Submitting the claim took about five minutes and, with no additional interaction from me, I received an email several days later confirming that I would be receiving reimbursement in the amount that I had expected. This was especially remarkable to me, given the ongoing disruption caused by the pandemic. I really appreciate the speed with which HealthyPaws processed my claim and that I came out of the experience feeling that I had been dealt with fairly. It's reassuring to know that I can get my pet the treatment she needs and trust that HealthyPaws will have our back!
