Very knowledgeable agents at Fetch
I have spoke with two ladies at Fetch since January 11th and both were very informative and patient. They answered all of my questions and compared their coverage with another company that I was looking into. I also had the opportunity to deal with Justin, once again very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, made the changes that I wanted. As having pet insurance is new to me, all three guided me through with the info, advice, and any changes I needed to make to suit me and for my dog.

I have had pet insurance on and off for my two kitties - Sammy & Subban. After a very expensive trip to the vet over Christmas, I thought it was time I get it and keep it.
The one thing that helps Fetch stand out from all the rest is that they cover the exam fee is covered if you've got to take your furbaby in for an emergency. Justin, the rep that I spoke to was great! Very quick and easy process and just felt like I was talking to a friend.

I spoke to a representative today about…claim reimbursement.
I spoke to a representative today about a claim that had been reviewed and approved. At the time of the call, I didn't realize that I had misread how the amounts had been reimbursed. Lindsay took the time to explain to me in detail how the claim had been assessed and reimbursed. My experience with fetch by The Dodo (formerly Petplan) since 2016 has been nothing but positive. The representatives are always so caring and helpful. I would recommend this pet insurance to anyone looking to ensure peace of mind for their pet's well being.
Monthly Cost
Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats
Coverage
You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Age Limits
Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old.

Waiting Period
Fetch’s waiting periods are 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.
Exclusions
