I cancelled my Fetch policy in January
I cancelled my Fetch policy in January. This was confirmed by email. On March 6 I was charged $160 for an insurance payment.
I emailed the company and received no response. I tried calling, and despite stating they were open, when I got through all the menu options, I received a closed message.
I tried live chat as well, but was only able to connect with their “interactive AI.” There is nothing interactive here. You have a list of reasons you can select for why you’re reaching out. You get a canned response for each one, and your only past that is to say “I’m all set” or “go back.” There was no option to connect with a live agent, despite the website claiming that agents were available during that time.
I’ll try again during the week, but this is a major expensive that has thrown my budget off, and at best I’ll be waiting an indeterminate time for a refund.
