I give a 4star review . Why?
1. I was not able to pay online for the new pet add.
2. I had to call customer service and was able to be connected with the right person from the 3 attempt - only because your phone system has issues - they transferred my request to the person but ivr asked me to complete the survey and the call was dropped. Second attempt - poor phone connection, I could not hear the employee. Third attempt was successful - Nadine Van Ness provided me with great support. I give her 10 star review.
3. You do not have bundle options for 2 or more pets(
