Smooth Claims Process, but Watch the Deductible
Submitting our claim for our dog’s porcupine‑quill incident was very easy, and Fetch kept us updated with frequent notifications. The refund arrived in a reasonable timeframe, which was great!
One thing to note: our dog needed follow‑up visits, and because the timing crossed our annual renewal date, we had to pay the $300 deductible TWICE for what was essentially the same incident. This was our only claim in the six years of our dog's life, so it was an unexpected surprise.
Overall, the process was smooth, but I’d encourage new customers to double‑check whether their policy uses an "annual" or "per‑incident" deductible so there are no surprises.
