Karley was wonderful! So helpful and asked lots of questions about our pup just to keep the conversation going. Really impressed with her and with fetch, i wish we had started with fetch instead of trupanion with our other dogs!

I talked to Kaitlyn from Fetch to get some advice as to changes I could make to my pet insurance that would help to make it more affordable for me.She gave me some good advice about what I could do to lower my premiums and also some changes she recommended I don't do. She did not rush me to make decisions and gave me time to voice my concerns about the cost of pet insurance. One aspect of Fetch insurance I dont like is that I need to pay my deductible every year even though my dog has an ongoing condition with arthritis. Other than the deductible issue I can say that I've been very happy with the claims process over the many years that I've dealt with Fetch. I was also very pleased with the help and patience Kaitlyn had with me as I voiced my concerns.

The agent took as much time as I needed to explain the breed categories, the coverage amounts and payment options for my plans. I hung up feeling well informed and comfortable about the decisions I made. Thanks Nadine.

Had this pet insurance for 16 month paid fetch an average $64 a month (average because the amount kept going up and down Why? who knows). paid about $1024 plus $551 in vet bills for a total $1575 spent and only received $110. fetch try's to lore you in with large list of coverages but in reality they only cover $10 for those. Not the 80% they post. It is definitely better to put the money away each month and use it when something comes up.
