They’ll find an exclusion
Very disappointing! In the beginning of our insurance (first year with Fetch), I submitted claims for our dogs as we had their full exams done per Fetches request and I assumed they would cover some portion of it. They did not-which is fine and not my issue.
Fast-forward to renewal, a year later, and we’ve have ZERO claims processed or paid out (besides the initial one that they said, yeah no, doesn’t qualify that’s a routine service). I want to increase one of our dogs coverage but they’re refusing to let me. I have to stick with what we have—FOREVER because I submitted one claim that went nowhere!
They may be rated well, they may cover a lot but they, just like all other pet insurance companies will find some way to screw you.
It’s extremely disappointing because I did extensive research before buying coverage and its sad that every single company INCLUDING FETCH BY THE DODO scams customers and is just a funnel for money with extensive exclusions and BS rules.
