Easy, quick and convenient

I’m happy to say I have only needed to submit one claim since my puppy came home to us. But the app was easy to use, Fetch kept me up to date with progress emails as I waited for my claim to be approved, and because I signed up for direct deposit, the money was in my account by the time I reviewed the breakdown they sent me of the claim approval. I have heard of friends with other plans who are regularly declined for claims, so it feels good to know I made the right decision with my Pet Insurance.

Peace of mind!

Unhelpful and difficult to work with

The customer service team can't answer what specifically is covered or not covered under a coverage category for my dog despite being insured with them prior to getting him. They follow a script like like a chatbot or an automated voice recording so what's the point of speaking to a person.

Take to log for a claim to be paid. Once a claim is send in reimbursement should take place within 72 hours not 15 days.

No complaints with Fetch so far

No complaints with Fetch so far. Affordable monthly payment. Claim can take a bit of time to process but all my claim went thru well with no issues.

Monthly Cost

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

Coverage

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

$250, $300 and $500

Age Limits

Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old. Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only. Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.

Waiting Period

Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.

Exclusions

Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
