I have been with fetch for a number of years nothing but positive experience.

They are incredibly difficult to work with. There customer service can’t answer questions about my coverage despite buying insurance before I got my dog as a pup. They use a script that’s no different than speaking with a chatbot or an automated voice recording. When you submit a claim they keep asking for more information such as the entire medical history of my dog from his vet every time. Then after submitting what I was given by the vet they still say it’s not enough details. Why don’t they just allow vets to easily submit the claims so they can work with them directly to get the information they need. I would advise anyone looking to get insurance from them to reconsider because at the end of the day you’ll spend more time going back and forth than the cost of any claim.

I am grateful for my health coverage for our dog Milo. I have never had an issue with a claim. Fetch has always been prompt in dealing with my claims and informing me of the status as well as issuing refunds. I'm happy I set up coverage through them.

Great customer service. Great product. Insurance that I trust, has helped me out many times and I recommend to all of my friends. Direct billing would give this an easy 5 Stars.

I’ve submitted a few claims and both times the experience was stress-free and I received reimbursement quicker than expected. I’d highly recommend Fetch!
