I joined Fetch because we have a 7 year old Pomchi and I didn’t want to base our decisions on veterinary expenses because of $$. Within 3 months of paying for monthly insurance, she had emergency surgery. I put in my claim. It took a little while but it did come through and I was paid promptly once it was approved.

After I placed in the claims, texts were sent to notify myself that the claim is received. If there were additional documents needed, emails were sent. No fuss, and money was in my account within 72 hours after my claim was approved.

Fetch always has my claims done in a timely manner.

Submitting the claim was super easy. There was no hassles and the payment was deposited into my bank account within a week.

EXCELLENT CLAIMS SERVICE I purchased Fetch insurance when I got a new Siamese kitten last February. I have submitted all of my vet bills over the last year and was pleasantly surprised not just by the speed of response and excellent customer service, but also for the scope of coverage for my policy. I have seen other pet insurance that doesn't include things like behaviour modification, but mine does. payouts were quick and easy with Direct Deposit. and to put in a claim I simply upload my receipt. I sleep easy at night knowing if my pet ever got really sick or injured, I would be able to take care of him. The person I'm speaking to always asks how my pet is feeling before anything else. This policy is worth its weight in gold. Highly recommended.
