My pup got his paws (or should I say mouth 🙄) on a whole wack of foxtails this summer. The vet bill was pretty extensive and Fetch was amazing, the claim and payment process was seamless. Thank you for making a very stressful time a little less stressful!!!

After submitting a request for a dog's surgery, we've received approval for the coverage withing a couple of days, and the payment was deposited within a few days after submitting all the post-surgery documents. My puppy had bad diarrhea and vomiting on labour day weekend. Poor thing suffered badly. We went to see vet and gave him X-ray, blood work and prescription drugs. Thank goddess it wasn’t internal bleeding but a digestive problem. Total expense was close to 1500. Then I filed a claim with Fetch. Immediately after reporting online, there was an email sent out to confirm that case is open and a case manager will be assigned. It also shows what will happen next and estimated timeline which makes me feel secured, confident and comfortable with claim handling. 4 days later I got an email saying case is being reviewed. 3 more days another e-mail came with approval. All entitled benefits are paid out and deposited to my account. Super quick! I’d rate 110% of satisfactory if I could! Professional, quick, fair! Highly recommended!
