This pet insurance company is not transparent.

This pet insurance company is not upfront about requirements. When you're enrolling in their program, they say that all that's required are the "soap" notes from a check-up/wellness visit within the past 6 months as these notes typically document all current and previous health concerns. I understand that they need this to check for pre-existing conditions. However, once you try to submit a claim, they will tell you that they now need the "soap" notes from every vet visit your pet has ever had. Depending on your vet, this can be a challenging task. I would be careful if you're considering Fetch and make sure that you have all notes from every vet visit. My vet also feels this company is not "user friendly" and prefers the insurance companies that simply provide a form for her to complete. Lastly, when I called to confirm the new documents required to submit a claim, the customer service representative was sarcastic, condescending, and rude. Needless to say that I will be shopping for new pet insurance.

Fetch is best for pet insurance

I have policies for all 3 of my pets with Fetch and I am always so happy with their service. If you have multiple pets insurance is a must, and Fetch does it right! Big shout out to all the staff who answer all my calls and questions with diligence, patience and kindness.

Fetch is pretty good

Fetch is a pretty good option for comprehensive pet insurance. I have only needed to submit one claim over three years, which was in August 2022, and the claim was quickly reviewed and I was reimbursed without any hassle or delay. My only complaint is the cost, although it is cheaper than most other pet insurance companies, every year my monthly fee goes up regardless of the amount of claims so their “discount” for being claim free isn’t really a discount

Literal nightmare of a company

Literal nightmare of a company. We submitted a claim for an accidental tooth break. Needed to be pulled and abscess drained. We gave them all insurance documents, they stated we need more documents for claim. Fair enough, ask what documents and they want documents for BEFORE we even got our puppy. Obviously there are none. They created a second claim (which was denied) for her check up and vaccinations which we never claimed to begin with. It was literally just on the documents they asked us for. They are fighting us every single step of the way and its a huge pain in the ass. I will be shocked if they even pay for the accidental tooth break. Most likely cancelling after all said and done. Do not go with Fetch. They are extremely lost when it comes to claims and provide no help.

My cat died, they did not care to reimburse

I would give 0 if I could. I would not recommend them. I have been with them since I got both my cats. I have been putting money into this insurance for years. My cat got a urethral obstruction which has never happened before. I had to go the emergency vet. Paid a pretty penny to give him surgery. When I submitted the claim it took them so long to process it. Due to covid I haven't been able to bring my cat to a vet for his shots, cause no one was accepting new clients at the time. Then he gets this, I submit, they refuse to pay me even after I told them my cat passed away a couple weeks after surgery! MY CAT DIED. They didn't care they were like sorry claim denied. Wouldn't even give me 50% of the amount I spent on his surgery.. They bank on other peoples struggles and have no sense of empathy. STAY AWAY FROM THEM
