Embrce helps make tough decisions easier

We had to bring our 5 month old puppy to the emergency one night because she was in so much pain. The doctors had to run a whole bunch of tests and she was later diagnosed with a form of bacterial meningitis. Having Embrace made the decision to pay for all of those tests and treatments easier knowing we would a good amount of it back. The staff at Embrace were super helpful and kept me informed of what stage the claims were in.

Very quick turnaround time

We submitted our claim on 12/24/13 and had a response by 1/1/14. Only a few days after that we received our reimbursement check in the mail. Very happy with Embrace.

Excellent!

Embrace is always excellent and easy to deal with. I have had the policy for 5 years and thankfully have never had to use it for illness or injury, but the turnaround time for wellness reimbursement is amazingly fast and the reps are always courteous.

So glad to have Embrace

I have a 1 year old Great Dane and have already put in 6 or 7 claims with Embrace. While a couple were rejected due to a pre-existing condition, having the insurance has still paid for itself many times over. Their website and claim specialists are always extremely helpful providing status on a claim and they are very prompt when sending claim payments that have been approved. I am extremely pleased with Embrace and would recommend them to any other dog or cat owner.

I can't believe it was so quick and easy.

My sweet Quincy had a scheduled appointment to be neutered. Everything work out perfectly and now he's back to old self playing and causing trouble with his older brother Charlie. I found submitting my claim forms to be so easy and quick and was utterly surprised at how quickly I received my refund. I made a good choice when I researched and select Embrace for my pets insurance coverage.
