Jenna is the BEST!

Thank you so much to Jenna Mahan; she was such a pleasure to deal with in every way!! She was very sympathetic to Larrys problems, was quick and efficient in her processing of the claim and is an absolute asset to the company! All of the customer service representatives are fantastic! Embrace is honest and responsive

I've filed a few claims now and have never had trouble with hospitalization issues. I watch other dog owners fight with their pet insurance companies so I know what it could be and I greatly appreciate the open way in which they work. The updates as the claim is processed are also greatly appreciated!

I like it.

The only problem I have is that I don't have a problem. They have covered me in the death of 2 pets and in the life of 2 more. I always get offers about other companies which I look into but I have yet to change from embrace.

Second Claim during a moving to CA. Everything went just perfect. Before I even had the chance to call Embrace - to let them know that I haven`t received my check. They called me, send me a new check. What a incredible service.I am very happy that I went to Embrace after comparing about 10 Quotes. Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
