Embrace handled two injury claims for our Lab, Bailey, in a very professional and business like manner. The customer experience was great and recommend Embrace for any pet owner. I took my two golden retrievers (8 & 6.5 yrs)for their annual wellness visit. I received my payment for both dog's visits in less than 2 weeks time. My dog's have been insured with Embrace for 8 years and Embrace still continues to impress me. They are always prompt to respond. They send notices upon receipt of your claim. If there's a delay in processing, they notify you. This company is wonderful. They truly care. I can't say enough good things about this company. I wish I could say the same for my health coverage insurance company.

My german shepherd puppy had a severe bout of gastroenteritis which required emergency care and a stay in the pet hospital for several days. Embrace handled my claim and kept me aware of its status. All in all a good experience especially considering this is the first time I had ever purchased pet health insurance. Embrace paid exactly what I anticipated they would. While I hope I do not need to use the insurance again, I have peace of mind knowing it's there. I would highly recommend Embrace to any others looking for pet health insurance.

Megan Isom really helped me this week by clearly explaining what's required for pre-certification for procedures my cat may need tomorrow, providing the pre-certification form quickly, following up with the vet when I wasn't able to obtain the necessary information from them, and turning around the completed pre-certification within hours. She also called me to make sure I understood the process and was compassionate. My kitty is being examined for cancer, and I was able to get pre-certification for an expensive procedure that may occur over the weekend. What I can't stress enough is that Megan was both compassionate and fast - and the coverage is available. Thank you!

I love this company. When we were looking at getting our goldens Macy and Maddy I searched pet insurance companies by the reviews submitted by policies owners. I chose Embrace and could not be more pleased. Embrace is very prompt with updates and claims checks. But the most touching part is the follow up emails from Embrace on asking how Macy is doing and if we need anything. If you are looking for pet insurance Embrace is the one!
