Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

What a great expeirence. The piece of mind that you give pet owners is priceless. The process was easy a bit of extra paper work in the beginning but after that easy as can be. I truly appreiciated the update emails that I received from the Embrace staff. I feel as if everyone at Embrace truly does care about my puppies and me. Thank you for your dedication and passion to pet care.

Our lovely swissy puppy is generally very healthy, however, she has had some chronic UTI issues. After several rounds of testing, medications, and office visits this minor issue has become fairly expensive. The claims staff at Embrace is WONDERFUL and claims process was very easy. The most difficult part was working with our vet to have the proper forms filled out (which is outside of Embrace's control). Our claims were processed in a timely manner and a very detailed report of coverage was provided via email for each claim. There was no confusion or concern on my end since the information being provided was so clear and easy to read. Although we hope never to use the coverage for anything major I'm confident that if that should happen embrace would continue to be wonderful. We are so thankful for the coverage provided by embrace.

I so appreciate this insurance! They are by far the best. Buddy has had issues over the timeframe that I have had this insurance and I have never had one issue with them. They have paid just like they say they will. Buddy had a hugh surgery TPLO (torn ACl) on his back leg which this company paid 80 percent. I thought that maybe they would not re-sign us as it is very possible that Buddy could possibly need another surgery. But they did without questioning. They are the best. I recommend them to everyone I know including our Vet.

We just ended our first year of pet insurance. We chose Embrace because we could customize our coverage for our four cats and because of Embrace's reputation with our vets. The staff is quick to respond to questions, and we had many. Embrace is strict about determining pre-existing conditions, which has been a bit frustrating, but reasonable in setting a time period for them to disappear. We have had one claim for an injury in December that was just processed accurately. We expect a check shortly. We suggest requesting a medical review when coverage begins to expedite any claims later so Embrace has already reviewed the original information from the vet.

Our pup recently visited the vet for a vaccination booster and then visited for another vaccination booster and a sick visit - a total of three claims. The vet submitted the forms on both occasions and, for the second visit, submitted both wellness and sick visits together. Embrace sent an email to me and politely told us that wellness and sick visits should be submitted separately. On reading that sentence in the email, I sighed, figuring that I would have to resubmit. But to my surprise, the email continued by telling me that Embrace separated the claims, and I would receive separate emails for each claim. I didn't have to resubmit anything. It is a pleasure to deal with a company that makes paperwork easy. All three claims were handled promptly. Kudos Embrace!
