The Day Before Vacation?!?!?

The day before I was supposed to leave for a long trip my dog started to cry when going to the bathroom. I took her to a 24hr clinic since our vet was closed. When they started to advise me about what they wanted to do I told them to do whatever was needed because I had the peace of mind in knowing that my pup has great insurance. UTI infection - antibiotics and my "Piper" is well. She hasn't even finished her meds and a check from Embrace is already on the way. And its not all about the money -the people at Embrace are GREAT -always kind, informative, friendly and quick. Well worth it.

Apeal Process was Handeled Fairly

I cannot say enough again about how happy I am that I chose Embrace to insure my Pooch! I recently discovered a large mass growing on the jaw bone of my Shitzu. The vet was able to remove the mass which was dificult to determine if it was cancerous or not when viewed by two oncologists. The claim was initially declined by Embrace as it was classified to be a dental procedure. The claim was later paid after a review of the case file requested on bahalf of my vet. Embrace handeled this case fairly, they are the best!

Great Service

New to pet insurance after spending lots of money on our last dog that had cancer and needed Chemo & Radiation treatments. Fast response time on the claims. Submitted three Wellness claims for the past year and all three were paid. Great customer service.

my first claim experience

Wow is all I can say! I am a new Embrace customer,having insured my yorkie Jada and her brother a terrier mix Bogie. Super fast claim experience which I would rate A+++++ I took both my guys in for their annual checkups and my wellness claim was processed and my check was in hand within 10 days. I pray I never need to use the accident and illness policy's, but I have peace of mind that it is there if I need it.

Great pet insurance option

I have never purchased pet insurance before because I didn't believe that it would really work. Boy was I wrong! I recently found out that my dog has cancer and Embrace has been fantastic in handling the claims for her treatment. The claims are handled quickly and payments are made within a couple of weeks. I am completely satisfied with my decision to buy insurance from Embrace.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
