Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Because I didn't have the policy for very long I was not sure if they would cover her illness and they did. other companies that I had contacted would not cover her at tat age or the price was very high.

Some of this visit for Max was to review his status on an illness /skin rash he had on an earlier date. He was then also given rabies and kennel cough shots. I believe some of the claim should go toward the illness aspect, since that was the main reason for returning to the clinic. Maybe you can pass this info. on to the Vet from Oceanview. Thanks. I've been with Embrace for almost 7 years and have nothing but positive things to say. I have two dogs and a cat, and while one dog and the cat have required almost no care, my 13-year-old cattle dog mix, Peggy, has Cushings and arthritis and a variety of other age-related issues. We are new to Embrace but we are already impressed. They seem to be true to their word when they sold us the insurance. We picked up the insurance when our Golden was just turning five. Now at almost six years old he has been diagnosed with a heart condition. When you pick up insurance at a later age there are some pre existing condition exclusions which could be wiggle room for Embrace for non payment. With this new diagnosis we felt they made their reimbursement decisions fairly. They have been terrific about recognizing it is a new condition. The claims department has great customer service and response time. The EOB's (Explanation of Benefits ) statements are clear and understandable and payment of reimbursements are swift. We are very happy so far.

Dollar for dollar, Embrace is the best Pet Insurance for your dog. The reimbursement comes quickly in the mail. The customer service is great. But the wellness package you get can not be beat. I have over my life time had 3 beagles, the first one was not on any pet insurance plan. But my second and third were on VPI and the reimbursement was horrible you fax your invoice to them which was over $200 dollars and you would be lucky if you got a check back for $50.00 dollars. But not with Embrace wellness you send in an voice to them for $200 dollars and you get a reimbursement check for $200.00 dollars. How can you beat that. So with my 3rd beagle I made the best and smartest decision of mine and his life and switch to Embrace Insurance. Now I can relax and know that he is in the best hands and will have the best wellness and major medical a pet could have. I just wish I had done it years ago. And with my second beagle too.
