Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I just purchased a wellness/sickness policy and less than a month later went to the doctor for a wellness visit. Sending in the insurance form was very easy, the review process was easy with emails giving me updates and once the review was complete I received an email with the positive outcome. Each person I spoke with, when purchasing and then sending in my first claim, was very pleasant and helpful. So glad I purchased this insurance! Thanks. Kim

This company always exceeds my expectations when it comes to filing a claim and reimbursing me. Also, if you sign up for direct deposit... you will have your claim disbursed into your account the next business day! My dog had a malignant tumor in his torso the size of a golf ball - which had cost me almost $2000 to have removed. I'm expecting my first child in a couple of months, so receiving a reimbursement was vital now more than ever and Embrace did just that, quickly too!

We have recently switched pet insurance companies and are amazed at how quickly our first wellness claim was processed. In the past our other insurance claim was emailed, then it took approximately 10 days for any explanation, or payment, with embrace I received an email saying our claim was received and the very next day another email explaining the results of the claim. I am impressed.

I'm absolutely thrilled with my experience with Embrace thus far. I made a Wellness claim and had no issues with submission, approval or documentation. They make the process so easy. If only human insurance was this easy! Thanks - I've been recommending Embrace to all my pet owner friends.

Dollar for dollar, Embrace is the clear heavy-weight among the choices for pet insurance. I was fed up with 24Petwatch because of the terrible customer service, the auto-denial of claims, and the pittance they did offer as reimbursement when I was finally able to wrangle it out of them. My policy for my two dogs with Embrace is only $9/month more, and it is worth every penny. The customer service is outstanding. I wish they could train every customer service agent for every industry. We would all be a lot happier. I just got my first reimbursement check today for my dog's annual wellness visit (I pay the extra $14/month for routine care), and I received a 100% reimbursement! The check came less than 2 weeks after my vet faxed in the claim form. I could not be happier with Embrace. Seriously, if I could kiss them I would.
