So very helpful

So glad I bought from Embrace. Have a younger dog, 14 months, and it is a relief to know I have what I need for her. Made one small claim so far and was handled quickly and fairly, they respond to any questions I emailed in less than 24 hours. so happy to have found you, thanks.

"on time" replies and refunds greatly appreciated!

I had been between Veterinarians for various reasons and getting their notes were nearly impossible. Embrace was patient, polite, reopened the case and had a response for me in 2 days!

Comprehensive analysis of submitted billing

Personally, I am very fond of Embrace - they have helped me with my furry family for almost 8-9 years now. Ginger is complicated, and from a simple health wellness exam sometimes comes many other things that are going on that she needs to have addressed. Some of these issues, are her ongoing illness's, primarily around issues of allergies and UTI infections. So, Embrace stands bold in helping me sort through the complications of illness and health wellness, two very separate things, and I remain grateful.

As in- I fully embrace this company and the service I've received in the short time I've been insuring my dog with you!! From the initial inquiries about coverage to my first (and only) claim-- the staff have been uniformly helpful and clear. All my questions were answered and my claim was promptly researched and paid. Super Easy and Stress-Free!

I own two cats and we haven't really used the insurance to its full potential other than yearly visits but still figured it was a good idea to have. My cat Kadabra was recently diagnosed with diabetes and needed multiple vet visists to check his blood sugar as well as a prescription for insulin and his syringes. Submitting the claim sheets were so easy since my vet does it for me and I have had updates from Embrace about each claim form I submitted. They have made this transition to a higher care level for my cat smooth and effortless. Thank you so much!!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
