Exceptional Customer relations

My beloved Kaci had to have a growth removed from her tummy and x-rays for a reverse sneeze type cough. The x-rays came back suspicious and we were referred to the U of I Vet Clinic for follow-up. I was terrified something bad was going on. Thanks to Embrace Insurance, it took all of 1 second to say set it up. Cost did not enter into the decision to get my Kaci check out. That was because of Embrace. Embrace reps told me to only worry about Kaci. It turned out she got a clean bill of health. Filing the claims associated with this was easy and the checks were in my hands within two weeks. Embrace covered over 3/4 of her charges but the peace of mind is priceless. They are the best.

Outstanding Service and Team

Your staff and your services are absolutely phenomenal! I have been in the customer service business for 34 years and train people on customer service and you have the perfect combination of well trained staff members as well as a great service to offer. I have spoken or emailed at least a half a dozen staff members and not only are they knowledgable but they are pleasant, professional and very quick to respond. I don't recall all of their names but Mac and Karin are the two I dealt with the most (I just added my puppy and had several claims here at year end.) Working with your staff and company has been very enjoyable. I have told my vet on more than one occasion how superior Embrace is to the other two Pet Ins companies I have used in the past. I only wish the health insurance industry as a whole had the same level of service and customer support as Embrace. Keep up the great customer service. You have an awesome team and a great service

Great service, easy claims

We recently purchased Embrace insurance for the first time. We recently filed claims. The forms were simple, and the reimbursement checks arrived very quickly. It was easy. The Embrace customer service reps are always friendly and explain things well.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
