Excellent Service

I have been very pleased with Embrace service. Their customer support has been exceptional, the coverage is exactly as described and claims have been hassle free. My SO had VPI and changed as soon as he saw how much easier Embrace was, how much faster and easier claims were. My last claim was processed and i received my reimbursement in under 7 days. Amazing. A+.

french bulldog FCE

Took about a month to get check from my dog's ER visit but otherwise embrace has been great. the plan I have covers 80% of my french bulldog's bills. they do not cover day boarding when he needs to be at physical therapy for over a few hours though. would recommend.

excellent service

I have submitted claims three times to Embrace for my 7-year-old Havanese and have been very pleased with the prompt no-hassle service and the d ability to ask questions of a courteous and knowledgable agent.

Professional Staff and Quick Turn around

I am a relatively new customer of Embrace and shortly after obtaining my policy my Female Newfoundland became ill. I filed for reimbursement of the vet bills and received an acknowledgment of the claim immediately and was kept informed through out the process. Total time from claim filing to receiving the check was less than 6 weeks. Impressive.

What a blessing to have Chloe covered by Embrace

Thank you for processing and covering Chloe's unexpected episode of vomiting! This was the first time this has happened to her and we were so concerned! What a blessing and peace of mind it gives us to have our baby Chloe covered by Embrace for nearly 5 years now!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
