Nothing but positive experiences!
I have been an Embrace policy holder for several years. Every time I need anything - from signing up, to updating cat and contact information, to filing claims - every interaction is positive. Everyone at Embrace has been helpful, friendly, and prompt. Veterinary care is very expensive, and even more so if you have to visit the ER, so my Embrace policy and their customer service has provided great peace of mind.
