Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

My dog had a major emergency surgery for foreign body ingestion. The total vet bill was $4700. As soon as I submitted my claim, the Embrace claim staff pretty much stayed in touch with me everyday to let me know if they need any more information. It turned out we needed to have my dog's prior medical history record from the vet (up to one year before the policy start date). This is a standard requirement by Embrace that I just did not get to it when I signed up. As soon as they got the information, my $4700 claim was processed the next day with no questions asked. It was so fast and so hassel free that it really blew my mind. I will definitely go around and tell everyone about Embrace. I am so glad I have my pet covered by Embrace. There are other cheaper policies out there. But nothing beats a quick claim processing! And I actually shopped around a lot before I signed up with Embrace. Given the amount of coverage, flexibility of choosing your plan based on your need, and now I know how quickly they process claims, I would say Embrace is the best. VPI probably is the worst ! Thank you Embrace for saving my dog's life!

This is my first time buying any type of insurance and I love the peace of mind that I got from having Embrace and their customer service by my side. We have a 9-week old miniature poodle named Dottie. She just had a very delicate surgery and Embrace has been there to help enable our dog to be a viable light in our family. We have a very limited fixed income, being senior citizens with four teenagers and two dogs. Without Embrace helping to defray the medical bills. I'm an anxious mom and needed the hand-holding that the Embrace provided. I have already recommended this insurance to other customers at the vet and will definitely continue to recommend it and keep it. As soon as I get back on my feet financially, I will get it for my 2 year old Springer Spaniel, Brownie, so I can have the peace of mind and sleep at night. Thank you, Embrace! Definitely recommend!

I have been with Embrace for over four years now and am still pleased with the quick service and and when I am re-imbursed the check goes quickly by direct deposit to my account. Any questions are always answered right away and I love getting the monthly newsletter. I would rate Embrace overall as the best darn Pet Insurance anyone could have and always recomend to others.

I am going on my 2nd year of having Embrace Insurance and I have nothing but praise to say. They are extremely quick on their responses regarding claims and just as quick on the refunds!

Laura Bennett and her team are always quick to respond and very helpful. Claims are a hassle free process and they make sure they follow up every time. Many times, I submitted a claim and forgot about it but Laura has always checked to see that I got the refund for the Wellness claim. If you are thinking about adding the Wellness program to your insurance policy--do it! You spend $300 to get $400---which is absolutely doable with a pet that needs check-ups, shots, dental, flea and tick meds, etc. Love this company and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone needing wellness or regular insurance for their pet.
