Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I have had this insurance for wellnes and illness for almost 3 years and am very happy. This claim was for canine distemper and follow up anal infection. Claims are processed unbelievably fast and checks are in my mailbox within a week. I highly recommend the higher wellness plan, it is definitely worth the money.

We've had the policy enforce for a long while now and unfortunately have now had to submit a claim. I called customer service with some questions and they were very patient and helpful. The claim process was easy and they reimbursed 65% of the claim.

After spending over $15,000 last year on Vet bills, we finally decided to buy insurance. We researched every company and settled on Embrace because of their Wellness option. We have two Pugs, one 5 and and one 7. Unfortunately, our 7 year old could not get illness coverage, only accident coverage due to his age so we did have to take out a separate policy for him with another company. But the fact that they cover medications, nail clippings, teeth cleaning, flea and tick treatment, etc really sold us. We submitted our first claim flawlessly and received our reimbursement within a week which was great. I highly recommend, especially for a young pet.

I submitted a claim for a broken tooth that was found during a routine cleaning. My schnauzer's tooth had to be pulled and many meds were given during the procedure. I was not sure it would cover the expense becaue it was tooth related but it reimbursed me 95.00 which was appreciated since the total bill was 615.00. Any help I can get with vet care cost is great! The process for filing a claim is very easy and I appreciated the quick response in an e-mail.

This is my first experience with Pet Insurance, and so far, I'm very pleased regarding the benefits for my Yellow Lab Rosie. Their customer service is very responsive and claims are processed fairly and in a very efficient manner. Each time I have called Embrace the customer service people are pleasant and extremely helpful. If you can, purchase the Wellness Plus Plan because it does cover a lot. I look forward to a long partnership with Embrace for Rosie’s healthcare needs.
