We are the fur-parents that had to treat a boxer-mix for lymphoma two and a half times….without insurance. Ouch. Since that little guy passed, we decided to get insurance on our two elderly dogs (one adopted as a puppy and the other adopted at 8yo). We are now treating two dogs with hip dysplasia (rimadyl, Adequan), incontienence (Proin), ear necrosis, gingival hyperplasia (twice resected), and now immuned-mediated hemolytic anemia with a possible adrenal gland tumor. Embrace service has always been prompt and responsive. Claims staff have answered my email questions within 24 hours and are always polite. This is our first pet and our first experience with pet insurance. We're glad to know that he is in good hands. So far, so good!

I couldn't believe my claims (the first I ever submitted) were processed so quickly. I had our dog neutered & a Lyme vaccine within 6 weeks of each other. No questions asked when I simply faxed the claim form I filled out with the vet's receipts. They even sent me emails telling me when it was receive & was being processed & then I got the check in about a week. I got an email today making sure I got it! The only other company I get service like this is LL Bean!!
