Embrace was very prompt in both issuing a claim check and handling a cancellation for my recently deceased friend, CG. She stopped eating and being her perky self. After an expensive procedure to diagnose the issue, Embrace covered 75% of the bill which helped a lot. It turned out to be pancreatic cancer and CG went to kitty heaven a few weeks later. Embrace was very understanding and caring when I told them about CG and handled the administration quickly. In addition, the customer care team sent a very nice card and made a gift to www.irememberyou.org in CG's memory. My wife, Mary, and I want to thank the entire staff at Embrace, and especially Christy, who works for both Embrace and our Vet, and handles our paperwork. Thank you, Embrace, and CG's remaining kitty family is glad to have you there for them as well.
