Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

We have had Embrace Pet Insurance for 8 years now and it was one of the best decisions we ever made. We have claimed big claims each and every year and have never had any issues putting a claim through. Just two weeks ago my dog tore her ACL and had a $3K surgery. It was so nice knowing we didn't have to stress about the cost knowing we had insurance to back us up. Seriously the best and they will cover congenital conditions that other companies like VPI will not.

I have been a Customer with Embrace for a little over 2 years and I have received my reimbursement every-single-time! I recommend to anyone and everyone that Embrace Pet Insurance is a must-have. Atlas, was sick in the month of April and received different bills with a total of $1.000 bill. Embrace reimburse 80% back to my account in a timely manner.

I have a growing puppy that got kennel cough, rolled his wrist and wouldn't eat. Being a first time pet owner, each of these events sent me promptly to the vet. It was comforting to know that, amongst all of the stress involved, costs would not be one of them. Getting Embrace for my puppy was a smart decision. I would advise any pet owner to do the same.

My pup chewed up a Sago Palm, which I know know is extremely toxic to dogs with a low survival rate. This happened on one of the few days that I haven't been able to get home at lunch and check on her. After a call to the vet and poison control it was clear that I had no option but to take her to the ER. For anyone that has been through this, you know how stressful and expensive it can be. What made it a bit less stressful was knowing that she was covered by Embrace!!! After our final visit, 5 days after her admittance to the hospital, I gathered the 7 invoices, and faxed it along with the pet specific claim form they had readily available for me to download. The claim status and progress is readily available for viewing on their site so you know it is moving along. I made one phone call just to make sure they had everything they needed and was told that they were currently being updated with an approval status. I received emails later that day letting me know my reimbursement had been processed and that it should be direct deposited in 1-2 business days. It was in my account the following day! This is an effortless process and I urge everyone to have their pets insured!

I was hesitant to get pet insurance, but have been pleasantly surprised with the great customer service and how quick Embrace is to refund claims. It is nice to know I will have financial help if anything major happens to my dog. I highly recommend Embrace pet insurance.
