Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

So far, so good! We have both our dogs covered by Embrace and the service has been excellent. Our long haired chihuahua was having some skin issues and was referred to a dermatologist by her primary vet. She has had to go once a month to monitor her progress on her meds and after we met our deductible, Embrace has reimbursed most of what we have spent in a very timely manner. The whole process has been super easy and getting Embrace has definitely been one of the best decisions we could have made.

As always, I have received great customer service from another Embrace claims representative. This time it is Sam Adkins. He took care of a problem with efficiency and expedience. I have a two Goldens insured with Embrace and while they're generally healthy they do have occassional, minor illnesses and then of course they're reguarly scheduled shots and wellness visits. I have found the service from every Embrace staffer to be extremely helpful and timely. I also love the direct deposit available for claim payments!

I did a lot of research almost 5 years ago when I chose Embrace. From day one I've been happy with my choice. On one recent claim my 5 year old Miniature Schnauzer, Brody, was diagnosed with juvenile cataracts. I am willing to pay for a premium policy, just like I do for my own health insurance where I know what my deductible is and what my actual coinsurance will be. And my reimbursement will be for the actual cost of treatment. I have been very happy with the care and speed of service....with auto deposit I've been reimbursed within just a few days of my vet faxing our claims. I am a loyal advocate for Embrace and recommend them any chance I can. You will not find a better company to work with.

We have a middle aged Dane who is showing spinal issues. At the recommendation of the neurologist we had an MRI performed which, happily, eliminated the most serious possibilities. Embrace paid a significant fraction of the cost. We have two Great Danes currently insured by Embrace and also had previous Danes covered. We have always been highly satisfied by their coverage and professional service. Our vet remarked on a previous claim that the percent paid was surprisingly generous, so we are not alone in our recognition of Embrace
