Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Before I chose Pet Insurance for my German Shepherd, I did the research. Embrace was one of the most highly ranked and recommended. Now, I know why!! Their staff is professional, they have many plans to chose from which suited my budget, and they readily communicate with their customers. I highly recommend this pet insurance company.

Embrace is definitely my preferred pet insurance company! Whereas, I've used another company before selecting Embrace...I'm speaking from experience. I was highly disappointed with my first carrier and quickly moved my pet over to Embrace. They were a breath of fresh air. Claims are processed immediately upon submission and so easy. All of my communications with Embrace, whether by email or over the phone has always been met with knowledgeable and friendly support. My sweet little girl Gracie means everything to me and it's nice to know that she means just as much to Embrace. Thank you for being so devoted to animals. Where would we be without them?!

I cannot express how glad that we switched pet insurance companies a couple years ago when we adopted a second German Shepherd. While he has been for the most part, very healthy, our older GSD was diagnosed with Cancer last summer. We could not have gotten him the chemo treatments if we didn't have Embrace. No exclusions, just our deductible and percentage loss settlement. Our previous company had oodles and oodles of exclusions. Embrace lives in the real world. Having the insurance isn't cheap but I'll never go without again for my pets.

This is my first experience with pet insurance. I found Embrace to be quicker and better than my human medical insurance. They acknowledged receipt of my claim within days of my filing it. They also spelled out a timetable for settling the claim. I received reimbursement in less than half the maximum time they had listed in the timetable. My dog had skin problems that required testing and expensive medications.After paying a huge vet bill, my reimbursement from Embrace really helped ease my financial pain. Oh...and my dog has recovered from its illness.

Excellent pet insurance. They are extremely fast with processing claims and we receive our checks in a timely manner. I am so thankful to have chosen Embrace Pet Insurance. We will pick them again for our next pet.
