Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Thanks so much with the help on Rocky's claims. It takes the additional worry out of finances when you are dealing with a unexpected illness. You have been always there when I have a question or need any assistance.

As a new pet parent, I wanted to make sure that my pet was covered in the event of an emergency. Purchasing pet insurance was a no brainer. After shopping around, Embrace had the best flexibility as I was able to build my plan to best meet my needs and my pet’s needs. Additionally, adding the wellness plan was THE BEST THING I DID. Now, no matter what the reason for a vet visit, I am worry free, knowing that my pet is covered. Our first wellness visit was completely covered. The claims process was simple and easy (I did it online and spent no more than 10 minutes). The claims agents were very helpful. I was also ways provided with updates via my claim portal. I think my pet has better insurance than I do :) (at least from a customer service and claims process!!) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

My Brittany pup has suffered with excessive thirst and urination. I am on my third vet trying to figure out the cause. I wish my personal insurance was as forgiving as the Embrace plan. I compared it to other plans. These folks are the best.

This is my first experience with pet insurance and I am very glad that I decided to purchase it. Although my cairn/terrier is only 3 years old she has recently experienced severe bouts of colon and pancreas inflammation that required one middle of the night trip to the pet ER and two multiple-day hospitalizations at our vet. My retiree's budget was not ready for this and the reimbursements from Embrace-- which were prompt and in keeping with the policy agreement -- have been a source of considerable relief.

No not hair with this claim due to embrace made an assumption on what the problem was and didn't conver it. The form clearly stated that it was intestinal not anything to do with increased my dog had major stomach surgery to remove the spleen and also esophagus cancer the obstruction thinking with cancer in the stomach area again and nothing to do with its ongoing issues but embrace Assume that it was so they did not refund the $1095 and then I was told because in Embraces mistake we have to now appeal for now the doctor have to call and back because of embraces error on their part
