Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

We have had our dog covered with Embrace for 5 years. He hasn't had huge expenses...yet. But he's 8 years old now and will probably have more. This year he saw the vet for a lot of smaller issues but it adds up. We have found this insurance to be easy, prompt with payment, and hassle free. When I have called them they were friendly and helpful. I wondered when we first bought insurance coverage for our dog if it was really needed. But we have been 100% pleased with the decision and with the choice of Embrace.

We were very lucky to have received an objective and thorough evaluation of the available pet insurance companies, as soon as we got our English Bulldog. We used other companies in the past but NONE have been as detailed, comprehensive and compassionate as EMBRACE. They evaluate each claim fairly and provide a complete, understandable, explanation in each case. This particular claim was a bit involved but was covered and paid, VERY quickly.

Embrace customer for 4 years. Prompt, fair payment every time. Our goldendoodle requiem treatment for seizures and Embrace ensured he got the help he needed. Will never have a pet without Embrace!

I have had pet insurance for multiple dogs for at least 5 years now, and Embrace has been a fantastic company to deal with right from the start! I have Great Danes and Bloodhounds, and as anyone who owns Great Danes will know, their health problems are never cheap! Embrace is always clear about what they can cover; there are no hidden clauses, etc. They have covered at least 2 illnesses for me that have met and/or exceeded my annual deductible of $10,000.00 and they continue to cover my dogs' problems in a professional, timely, and caring manner. I have taken the opportunity to give many a pet owner the Embrace brochure and will continue to do so.... Pet insurance may seem an excessive expense, but it can make the difference between being able to keep a beloved pet alive and having to let them go because of the inflated expenses of veterinarian care these days... If you are reading this review, take a chance on it. You WILL NOT regret it!

I am a new customer to Embrace and pet insurance, WOW the customer service is outstanding, truly impressive. My claims are addressed promptly and efficiently. i have had three claims for wellness exams. I am thoroughly pleased that I receive emails on the pending status of my claim, great follow through.. I would certainly recommend Embrace.
