Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I have a senior dog, so I was worried there was a lot that would not be covered. She was in overall good health when I bought coverage from Embrace. During the year, she began to exhibit signs of not feeling well, and after blood tests, x-rays, and an ultrasound, it was determined that she had hypothyroidism. All of the tests were covered and so is the thyroid medication! She recently tore off a toenail and the vet visit and meds to treat the injury were all covered without question.I am extremely satisfied with their response rate and the understanding customer service. I highly recommend the investment so that you never hesitate to do what is best for your pet based on cost.

I have had a policy with Embrace for about 3 years.I have rarely used it, due to the good health of my Lab. About a year or so ago, she developed cataracts and became permanently blind, due to other complications. My vet told me that we needed to watch for the onset of glaucoma, which can be extremely painful for dogs. Unfortunately, this happened and I had to take immediate action to stop the pain. It all happened quickly, and I never hesitated to get her the surgery that she needed. The veterinary hospital placed the call to Embrace and handled the necessary billing, vie faxes. I called Embrace when things slowed down, and spoke to a wonderful lady who was both sympathetic and helpful. Embrace's compassion and promptness made a rough period much easier. My claim was handled both professionally and quickly! I have recommended Embrace to two other people, since her surgery. I am a very satisfied customer!

It was great to find Embrace was there when we needed them 6 years after our initial sign-up. Our bulldog has spoiled us with healthy check-ups and no issues, until he needed emergency surgery for swallowing our daughters pacifiers. I received an immediate follow up once I submitted the claim, there were no additional questions - they went straight to reimbursing and explaining our benefits. We recieved excellent customer service and would highly recommend Embrace to any pet owner shopping the market!

I took my dog to the vet almost 5 weeks ago. His medical records were sent to Embrace soon after. It has been 4 weeks since they sent me an email saying they received his medical records and were processing my claim. I have had Pet Plan in the past and experienced much better service and processing time. I would not recommend Embrace.

I have been with Embrace for about 6 years and am completely satisfied with their excellent service. I have 2 dogs and have had some high bills for each. Embrace either pays 80 or 90% (depending on what type of insurance you've selected)of all the bills promptly. I love that I can go to any vet of my choosing. I have had no problems with Embrace, only high quality service. I will be continuing with Embrace for as long as I own dogs. I like that you can customize your plan, that's a nice feature. Feels good to have peace of mind with a great insurance company.
