Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I got Embrace insurance for my three dogs just to be safe. They are pretty healthy, so I didn't really anticipate using it. Well, of course, right after I got the insurance (like 3 weeks later), one of my dogs ate chocolate that was hidden in a gift. A few months later, my other dog got in a fight with another dog and got bitten. So I ended up filing multiple claims in the first year. I was surprised at how easy the claims process was - I just filled a few boxes in on a 1-page form, took it to the vet so they could fill in a few things, and then submitted it online with scans of the vet records. It just took a few minutes for each claim. Within about 4 days of submitting each claim, I got an email that my claim was approved. About 4 days later, I got the checks. I'm very happy with Embrace, even though I do feel a little bad for having to make big claims in my first year, and I'm relieved I got this insurance.

I have a young male Boxer who has had some health issues... my Vet faxes in the insurance claim form to Embrace and the next day or so I receive confirmation from them they received it! Additionally, their Portal allows you to see what claims have been process and what are under review... so far, none have been denied which is better than a lot of "human" ins. companies! I have talked with a number of staff personnel with questions and all of them sound very sincere and compassionate in wanting to help me with what questions and concerns I have... I also received an email follow up! Excellent company to insure my "Buddie"!

My yorkie Bruno has unfortunately had to deal with Pancreatitis twice this summer and it was quite a trying time for our family seeing him so sick. He has made a full recovery both times thankfully and we could not be more thankful to have Embrace insurance to cover his needs! The claims process is so simple and the reimbursement for both occasions was so quick that I was very impressed. I have recommended Embrace to several colleagues at work who also now have policies! We got insurance for our dogs b/c they had a habit of escaping and I knew someday there would be an issue. About 4 months after getting insurance our dog started limping one day. Turns out he tore his ACL. Luckily we had the ortho report approved so he was covered. They were great and easy. Claims are fast and done usually within a week. The biggest headache is remembering to take the claim form with me to the vet. :) Every Lab owner should get this insurance as soon as they get the puppy!

My 12 year old Manx Brando became very ill with vomiting and diarrhea approximately 3 weeks ago. I took him to the vet I had blood test run 4 a diagnosis, changed his food, put him on probiotics excetera. He did fine for two weeks and then became ill once again. I took him to the vet and found out he had cancer I am blessed to have embrace. Thank God.
